By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the following:

Buyer is 18 years of age or older and has proper living conditions for the care of the animal.

PAYMENTS: - Full payment required at time of purchase and prior to shipping.

Zelle is preferred, however we also accept PayPal (Friends and Family), and Cash App,

Credit Card (requires a 3% convenience fee).

All sales are final.

If an animal is requested for hold, a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required. Holds are for 4 weeks only. After the 4th week, the animal will be relisted and the deposit forfeited.

SHIPPING - We are in Maryland. Temperatures can go from one extreme to the other. We will not ship until it is safe on BOTH shipping and delivery sides.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs - which are included in the price.

Insurance requires a video proof of unboxing within one hour of animals arrival in case of any DOAs. We MUST be contacted immediately after delivery if there are any issues.

 We guarantee live delivery of our animals, however, once the animal has left our care, we are no longer responsible.

Shipping will only occur Monday-Wednesday to prevent any delays.

IMPORTANT TERMS OF SALE

Sex of the babies is not guaranteed.

For geckos - loosing a tail is a natural phenomenon for which we are not responsible.

For ANY animal, bites are always a risk and we are not liable.

Buyer is fully responsible for any fees charged via PayPal.

If a deposit is made on an animal, it is for that animal only. A switch or transfer is not optional.

We reserve the right to decline any sales.

After purchase, at any time should the buyer no longer be willing or able to care for the animal, the seller is to be notified and arrangements made for the animal to be returned, at no cost to the seller, to our facility, and no questions will be asked. Simply notify the seller of any possible health issues of the animal.
